What's new.

The features, improvements, and fixes we've shipped, newest first — in plain language, with links to dig into anything new.

  1. August 20261.1.1
    New

A recovery code, generated for you

    • Vozzle generates the code for you, in an alphabet with no characters you can mistake for each other.
    • Copy it or save it, confirm you have, and sync carries on.
    • Prefer your own words? You can still set a recovery passphrase instead.
    • Without either, only the devices you are already signed in on can open your encrypted data.
    • Set or change yours anytime in Settings → Encryption.
  2. August 20261.1.1
    Improved

A live transcript that holds still long enough to read

    • Lines appear in the order they were spoken, not the order they finished processing.
    • A speaker's sentence stays one sentence, instead of splintering as it is transcribed.
    • Scroll up and the transcript waits for you — tap Jump to latest to come back down.
    • Two people talking at once stay two people.
  3. August 20261.1.1
    Improved

Vozzle tells you when it cannot hear properly

    • If speech sounds distant, or background noise is competing, a nudge appears during the meeting and names which it is.
    • When one person is much quieter than the rest, Vozzle names them so you know where to move it.
    • Speakers keep their names when the connection drops and returns, instead of starting over as new ones.
    • The nudge appears in meetings, Travel mode and Just Listen, on iPhone and iPad.
  4. August 20261.1.1
    Improved

Notifications worth reading, and a Siri that answers

    • When someone comments on one of your tasks, the notification shows what they wrote — decrypted on your device.
    • Siri answers two more questions on the spot instead of only opening the app.
    • Notes keep their bold, italics and links inside quotes and headings.
    • Meeting document templates are in your language instead of English.
  5. August 20261.1.1
    Fixed

Your edits stick, and nothing quietly goes missing

    • Photos travel between devices now — a photo added on your iPhone reaches your iPad, and a note's photos no longer vanish from your other devices.
    • An edit made at the moment something was syncing no longer reverts: a task you ticked, the end of a sentence, a note you moved.
    • Meeting transcripts keep every line, and renaming a meeting no longer drops part of its transcript on your other devices.
    • When the same thing is edited on two devices, Vozzle asks instead of silently keeping one — and reinstalling no longer gives you a second copy of every default folder.
    • If you already subscribe on the web, the app no longer lets you buy a second subscription on top of it.
  6. July 20261.1.0
    New

Smart Capture — send anything to Vozzle and keep it

    • Share from any app — Messages, WhatsApp, Mail, Safari, Photos — and pick Vozzle.
    • Vozzle reads what you sent and suggests what it should become: a task, a note, or a calendar event. Nothing is created until you choose.
    • Shared voice notes come back as text you can read, search and edit — for when playing the audio is not an option.
    • Copy something worth keeping and Vozzle quietly offers to capture it, so it stops living in your clipboard.
  7. July 20261.1.0
    New

Dictate straight into notes and tasks

    • Tap the mic on the keyboard toolbar in a note or a task description and start talking.
    • Your words land in the field as you speak, and you can keep typing around them.
    • Stop whenever you like — what you said is already in place.
  8. July 20261.1.0
    Improved

Action items become tasks that remember the meeting

    • Tasks made from action items carry the meeting's tags, including the project it belongs to.
    • Each one shows a From Meeting card that opens the meeting it came from.
    • When the transcript check suggests a fix that is not quite right, you can now type the correct wording yourself instead of only accepting or dismissing it.
  9. July 2026
    New

Just Listen — subtitles for whatever you're hearing

    • Find it in the + menu in Meetings, then point it at a person, a screen, or the room.
    • A video, a lecture, a station announcement, or a table you're only following — if your phone can hear it, it can subtitle it.
    • Live subtitles in your language, in a full-height view you can scroll back through.
    • With AirPods or Bluetooth it reads the translation aloud and keeps listening at the same time (Pro and above).
    • When you stop, Vozzle names the session and keeps a plain summary alongside the transcript.
  10. July 2026
    Improved

Tap a place in Chat and land in Google Maps

    • Place cards and the Directions button now open Google Maps instead of Apple Maps.
    • Opens the Google Maps app if you have it installed, and the Google Maps site if you don't.
    • Pins the venue itself, so you get the restaurant rather than the mall around it.
  11. July 2026
    New

Ask Vozzle has a home — and action items are your call

    • Ask Vozzle has a clear home now — just tap and ask.
    • After a meeting, choose which suggested action items become real tasks instead of taking every one.
    • Open any task straight from the board.
    • Equations render cleanly in chat, so math reads like math.
  12. July 2026
    Improved

Reminders you can act on, and Siri finds your meetings

    • Tap a reminder to jump straight to the task, event, or meeting it belongs to.
    • Mark a task done right from the notification.
    • Ask Siri about your meetings and it finds them.
    • A smoother welcome: set up backup and AI as you start, or skip and add them anytime.
  13. July 2026
    Improved

Meetings survive interruptions, and limits never cut you off

    • If a call or another app interrupts, the meeting picks up again on its own.
    • Reaching your monthly AI limit never stops a meeting in progress. It only pauses new ones until your cycle resets.
    • Sturdier sync: items that could occasionally go missing across devices now come through.
    • Clearer messages when you reach a limit, instead of a confusing sign-in prompt.
  14. July 2026
    Improved

The whole app now speaks your language

    • The last untranslated labels across the app are now in your language.
    • Vozzle speaks English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Thai.
    • Signing in shows six clear digit boxes, and the code verifies itself the moment it's complete.
  15. July 2026
    New

Find duplicates — and clear them in a tap

    • Open Find Duplicates from your task list or calendar to review copies side by side.
    • Vozzle keeps the most complete copy — a finished task never loses out to an unfinished twin.
    • Sync now quietly prevents duplicate tasks and events from piling up across devices.
    • Clean up once and it syncs everywhere.
  16. July 2026
    Improved

Your recovery passphrase, when it matters

    • Appears once after you sign in on a new device — and it's always skippable.
    • Without one, only your signed-in Apple devices can unlock your encrypted data.
    • Set or change yours anytime in Settings → Encryption.
  17. July 2026
    Fixed

    Meetings recover cleanly after interruptions

    • Interrupted meetings are closed out automatically the next time you open the app.
    • A stray “in progress” meeting can no longer stop a new one from starting.
    • Assorted fixes and stability improvements across the app.
  18. July 2026
    New

Sign in with just your email

    • Enter your email and Vozzle sends a one-time code — that's the whole sign-in.
    • More secure by design: there's no Vozzle password to reuse, leak, or forget.
    • Sign in with Apple and Google are still there if you prefer them.
    • The same passwordless sign-in works on the web.
  19. July 2026
    New

Invite a friend — you both get Pro

    • Find your invite link in the app once you're on a paid plan, and share it anywhere.
    • Your friend gets a 7-day Pro trial the moment they join with your link.
    • You get 7 days of Pro when they subscribe — and it stacks as more friends join.
  20. July 2026
    New

Ask for a phrase, hear it spoken

    • Ask “how do I say this in Japanese?” and get clean phrase cards, not a wall of text.
    • Each card shows the phrase in its native script with romanization and what it means.
    • Tap any phrase to hear it spoken aloud, or play the whole set (Pro and above).
    • Pairs naturally with Travel mode when you move from learning a phrase to holding a conversation.
  21. June 2026
    New

Transform any note right inside Chat

    • Attach a note to the assistant and tap a chip to translate, rewrite, or summarize it in place.
    • Translate asks which language you want and skips the work if the note is already in that language.
    • Multi-section notes are handled piece by piece. Rewrite changes the note in place with a one-tap Undo; Translate and Summarize write a new note and offer to open it.
    • Open the transformed note directly from the chat to keep editing.
  22. June 2026
    New

Snap a photo or document and let AI sort it

    • Snap from the camera, photo library, a document, or your clipboard — Vozzle reads the content and structures it for you.
    • One capture can turn into multiple tasks, notes, and calendar events at once, grouped and ready to save.
    • Add a quick spoken note for extra context before Vozzle processes the capture.
    • "Capture Another" keeps the flow going when you're clearing a stack of material.
  23. May 2026
    New

Voice partner and web-aware answers in Chat

    • Voice partner (Pro and above) is a full spoken conversation with the assistant, replying out loud as you talk.
    • Chat can search the web when needed and shows the sources behind its answer.
    • The assistant works with your real data — it can look up, create, and update your notes, tasks, and calendar events for you.
    • A clear consent step explains exactly what's sent to power the Voice partner. The temporary snapshot stops being used after an hour, is overwritten the next time you use Chat, and is deleted with your account.
  24. May 2026
    Improved

Sharper meeting analysis and custom documents

    • Doc Generation lets you pick a template or write your own instructions — say "executive summary" or even "a cooking recipe" — and generate it from the meeting.
    • Produce multiple documents from a single meeting, then come back and make another.
    • Cleaner speaker separation, with tools to name, merge, or set aside speakers after the fact.
    • Auto-analysis still drafts your summary, key points, and action items the moment a meeting wraps.
  25. May 2026
    New

Travel mode: live translation, now spoken aloud

    • Live two-way translation as you and the other person speak, each in your own language.
    • Spoken read-out (Pro and above) reads the translation aloud for the other side, your side, or both.
    • A large, easy-to-read view for holding the phone between two people.
    • On iPhone 15 Pro and later, the Action Button can start translating hands-free.
  26. April 2026
    New

Apple Watch companion and private local-first sync

    • Quick-capture voice notes and tasks straight from the Watch, plus a Today view of what's next.
    • Live key moments and a conversation guide appear on your wrist during an active meeting, with a debrief after.
    • Watch complications for your next meeting, overdue tasks, today's progress, quick capture, and the meeting you're in.
    • Your data lives on-device first and syncs across devices with end-to-end encryption — it works fully offline and catches up when you reconnect.
