These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vozzle mobile app and its Apple Watch companion (the “Service”), provided by Norvin Teo, trading as Bebo Studio (“Bebo Studio”, “we”, “us”), based in Singapore. By downloading or using Vozzle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Vozzle. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and can form a binding contract.
2. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may sign in with email, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → account → Delete Account, which removes your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and free trial
Vozzle offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Max), available monthly or annually, plus a limited free trial of certain AI features. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region and over time.
- Payment. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple Account. Bebo Studio does not process or receive your payment card details.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies; we generally cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
- Free trial. The free trial grants a limited number of AI uses. Unused trial allowance has no cash value and may expire or change.
- Changes. We may change features or pricing for future periods; material changes will be communicated as required by law and by the App Store.
4. Apple Licensed Application terms
Vozzle is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) (the “Standard EULA”), except where these Terms expand on it. You agree to the Standard EULA, and acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms entitled to enforce them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others’ rights;
- record any person or conversation without the consent required by applicable law (see Section 6);
- upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to process;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its providers;
- resell, sublicense, or abuse AI features beyond your plan’s limits or to evade usage quotas.
6. Recording and participant consent
Vozzle lets you record and transcribe meetings and voice notes. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction and many require the consent of all participants. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you, and for informing and obtaining any required consent from people you record. You agree to use recording and transcription features lawfully.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Vozzle (notes, tasks, recordings, transcripts). You grant us a limited license to host, process, sync, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including, when you invoke an AI feature, transmitting the relevant content to the third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI providers are instructed not to train on it.
8. AI features
AI features generate output from your input and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. Vozzle is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). AI features are optional and require your consent; you can disable them in the app.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Bebo Studio and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcripts or AI output will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bebo Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., content license for already-processed data, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice as required. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
