Questions, answered.

Everything people ask about Vozzle — what it does, what it costs, and what happens to your data. Feature-specific questions live on each feature page.

Getting started

What is Vozzle?

Vozzle is a voice-first companion for meetings, notes, tasks, and calendar. You speak — it transcribes, organizes, and writes the follow-through — and its chat assistant searches the live web, checks your week, and acts on what you ask.

Which devices does Vozzle run on?

iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch today, with deep iOS integration — widgets, Siri Shortcuts, Dynamic Island. An Android version is coming next.

Is there a free version of Vozzle?

Yes — free forever. Listening, notes, tasks, calendar, and offline capture cost nothing. You also get 10 AI trials — one-time, not monthly — to try every AI feature, including the Pro ones. (Sharing via Vozzle Link starts on the Starter plan.)

Do I need an account to use Vozzle?

Yes — a free account keeps your data synced and recoverable across devices. Sign in with Apple, Google, or just your email — Vozzle sends a one-time code, so there's no password to remember.

How do I get Vozzle?

Download Vozzle free from the App Store on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Your 10 free AI trials are waiting — one-time, good for every AI feature, including the Pro ones. An Android version is coming next.

Features

Does Vozzle transcribe in real time?

Yes — live transcription in 60+ languages as the meeting happens, with speakers identified and key moments surfaced while you're still in the room.

Does Vozzle have an AI assistant I can chat with?

Yes — Vozzle Chat. Ask it anything: it searches the live web with sources, reads your calendar and tasks when you ask, finds places on a map, and can create or update notes, tasks, and events straight from the conversation.

Can Vozzle help me write prompts for your favorite AI app?

Yes — Prompt mode. Long-press the voice command button, speak the rough idea, and attach your own notes or meetings as context; Vozzle rewrites it into a clean, complete prompt you paste into any AI. A normal tap of the same button files spoken tasks, events, and notes automatically.

What works offline?

Everything you capture: listening, notes, tasks, and calendar work with no connection and sync when you're back. Transcription and AI features need internet, so they queue and run once you reconnect.

How is Vozzle different from other meeting and transcription apps?

Vozzle's whole job is keeping your life organized — just by talking. Its signature feature is live translation across 60+ languages as people speak, so everyone in the room can follow along in their own language, in real time. Because it listens from your own device, right there in the room, there's nothing to install and no meeting bot in the conversation — and it keeps listening offline, so a dropped network never costs you a word. Sync is end-to-end encrypted by default, so only your devices hold the keys and the synced copies stay unreadable to us. It's native to iOS, too — Apple Watch, Dynamic Island, and the Action Button on iPhone 15 Pro and later.

AI & privacy

How does Vozzle use AI — and does it train on my content?

AI powers transcription analysis, summaries, document drafts, and voice commands — only on items you explicitly run it on. Your content is never used to train models: our terms rule it out and requests route to providers under no-training enforcement.

Who can read my notes and transcripts?

Just you. Vozzle is local-first with encrypted sync, and with end-to-end encryption on by default, the copies that reach our servers are sealed with keys only your devices hold — so we can't read your synced content. (Your data also lives in plain form on your own device, where iOS protects it like any app's local storage.)

Plans & billing

How much does Vozzle cost?

The core app is free forever. Paid plans add a monthly AI budget that resets each billing month: Starter at $9.99/month, Pro at $19.99/month, and Max at $49.99/month — or $8, $16, and $40 a month billed annually (save up to 20%). Starter unlocks every AI feature except spoken read-out (Travel-mode speech) and Voice partner; Pro adds those two, and Max keeps everything in Pro with the biggest budget and a faster model.

What's actually different between the plans?

Mostly the size of your monthly AI budget — an allowance of AI use that resets each billing month. Starter has plenty for everyday use, Pro has more, and Max has the most, plus a faster model. The feature difference is small: Starter already unlocks every AI feature except spoken read-out (Travel-mode speech) and Voice partner; those two arrive on Pro and stay on Max. Live translation runs in real time and never draws from that budget. Otherwise, pick by how much AI you'll lean on, not a feature checklist.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage, switch, or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions — your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What happens to my data if I cancel or stop paying?

Nothing happens to your data — it's local-first, so your meetings, notes, and tasks stay on your device. Cancelling just drops you to the free tier: listening, notes, tasks, calendar, and offline capture keep working, and your sync stays end-to-end encrypted. You only lose paid AI capacity going forward; everything already created is yours to keep, and you can export notes as Markdown, PDF, or a link any time. Deleting your account is a separate, deliberate step in Settings.

Integrations & support

Is Vozzle available on Android or the web?

Not yet. Vozzle is iOS-first today; Android is the next platform. Anything shared with a Vozzle Link already opens in any web browser.

Does Vozzle work with Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet?

Vozzle is built for in-person meetings — it listens to the conversation in the room through your device, so it isn't an online-meeting bot and doesn't join or connect to Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. Support for online calls isn't available yet. You stay in control of consent: it's on you to get whatever agreement the laws in your region require before capturing a conversation.

How do I get help?

Email support@vozzle.app — including your device, iOS version, and what you were doing gets the fastest answer. Every signed-in user also gets in-app Support chat (Settings → Support). Many questions are already answered here in the FAQ, and the privacy policy and terms are linked in the footer of every page.
