Tip · Vozzle Chat60-second read

How do I ask Vozzle about my week?

From the Today screen, tap the "Ask or capture…" bar at the top and type a plain question like "What's on this week?" Vozzle reads your calendar and tasks, pulls in your notes and meetings, and replies with a clear rundown. From the same chat it can search the live web with sources, drop a tappable map card, and create or update notes, tasks, and events straight from the conversation. (On iPad you can also open Vozzle from the sidebar; on iPhone the center button's Ask option opens the same chat.)

Step by stepa quick walk-through

Here's how

  1. Open the Ask bar on Today

On the Today screen, tap the "Ask or capture…" bar at the top and type your question — anything you type and send opens the Vozzle chat. (The mic button on that same bar is for voice capture, not typing.) On iPad you can instead pick Vozzle in the sidebar; on iPhone, the center button's Ask option opens the exact same chat.

  2. Ask about your week

Type a plain question like "What's on this week?", or tap one of the four starter chips on the empty chat screen. Those chips each cover a different area (plan, recall, do, explore) and personalize as you add data — the plan chip switches to "What's on my calendar today?" only when you actually have an event today.

  3. Read the rundown

Vozzle reads your calendar events, open tasks, recent meetings, and notes from this device and folds them into one answer. If a detail needs current facts — weather, a venue, prices — it searches the live web and shows source links plus a tappable map card you can open in Apple Maps.

  4. Act on it in the chat

Ask a follow-up like "block a focus hour Thursday" or "add a task to follow up," and Vozzle creates or updates the event, task, or note in place. The change syncs like anything else, so it shows up on Today and your other devices without leaving the conversation.

Tip

Name a meeting or note in your question — "Recap my standup" or "what did I commit to in the budget review?" — and Vozzle pulls that specific item, not just a generic week summary. It reasons over your own content directly from the device, so titles don't need to match exactly.

Do I need a paid plan to chat with Vozzle?

Vozzle Chat is a Starter-tier feature, and the free tier can try it using lifetime trial credits (10 by default, metered after that). The spoken Voice partner inside chat is Pro-only, but you never need it to ask about your week by typing — that stays on Starter.

How current is the web search, and is there a limit?

When a question needs live facts, Vozzle searches the web and returns titles, source links, and a synthesised answer, plus a map card for places. A single turn is capped at three web searches to keep it fast and avoid runaway lookups, so for a multi-part question it prioritises the most important checks and answers from what it found.

Does my private data leave the device when I chat?

Your notes, tasks, and meetings stay encrypted in sync; the plaintext only leaves the device when you actually ask the AI to reason over your own content, sent inline for that turn. If you have encryption on, the very first such question may need a moment to hand the assistant a readable snapshot — ask again and it works.
